Types of Memberships
Newfoundland and Labrador Certified Kinesiologist
To become a NLCK, you must have obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology or Human Kinetics, a Bachelor of Human Kinetics or a Bachelor of Kinesiology, and meet the application requirements as outlined by the Newfoundland and Labrador Kinesiology Association. The applicant must reside in Newfoundland and Labrador to be eligible.
Student Member
Student members are those individuals studying Kinesiology at a university accredited by the Newfoundland and Labrador Kinesiology Association. These members are interested in learning more about the opportunities in the field of Kinesiology and to assist in the promotion of the profession.
Affiliate Member
Affiliate members are individuals who have an interest in becoming involved in the promotion of the profession of Kinesiology. They have an understanding of the profession and understand the benefits that Kinesiologists can bring to the community.
